We are hiring for our team Manufacturing Manager (all genders) in fulltime (40 h/week) at our Headquarters in Mainz, Germany, at the earliest date possible.
Your main tasks:
- Production & assembly of
- Sampling kits
- Extraction kits
- Validation and transfer packages
- QM documentation
- Writing of SOPs
- Documentation of production
- Maintenance & Optimization of QM documents
- Planning of procurement together with the respective department
- Cooperation with other departments in product development
- Coordination with suppliers for outsourced processes
Your qualification:
- A bachelor’s degree in Biology/ Biotechnology/ Chemistry or higher
- At least three years of professional experience in IVD / PCR kit production
- Experience with quality management systems, especially DIN EN ISO 13485
- Knowledge of ERP systems advantageous
- Perfectionist with very high expectation on product quality
- Experience in PCR routine diagnostics is an advantage
- Entrepreneurial thinking
- Powerful team player as well as self-dependent worker
- High reliability and solution orientation
- Advanced knowledge of common MS Office applications
- Good German (C1+ level) and very good English language skills, both written and spoken
